The truth is that between work, school, spouses, kids, pets, social events - the list can go on and on - it can be tough to maintain a rigorous workout schedule in this day and age. If you are like many people, your fitness program likely goes through many peaks and valleys during the year. During certain times of the year, you have more free time on your hands and you really hit the gym hard. During other times of the year, you don't have as much time and/or you lack motivation. As a result, your physique suffers.
If that "workout yo-yo" describes you in a nutshell, what you need is an annual fitness program, a blueprint if you will, that will help alleviate some of the major obstacles that cause you to stray away from your sound body and mind discipline.
Three Seasons of Fitness is a simple annual plan that breaks down some of the mental and physical obstacles that prevent people from living an active, healthy lifestyle. This annual program is divided into three equal parts, lasting four months per segment.
The objective of Three Seasons of Fitness is to help you understand that it's not in your genes to be perfect all year round, and it's perfectly normal to get mentally and physically exhausted every once in a while. With proper planning, you can capitalize on the peaks and valleys, while living a healthier and more balanced life!
