Raspberry Chocolate Mania
What You'll Need:
- 1 cup of skim milk
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 scoop of SYNTHA-6™ Chocolate flavor
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp. of semi-sweet chocolate mini-morsels
Preparation:
Pour skin milk and ice in blender, then add protein powder, raspberries and chocolate mini-morsels. Put lid on blender and blend on high for 10 seconds.
Makes 1 shake with 32 grams of protein, 61 grams of carbs and 14 grams of fat.
