Ingredients

  • 8 oz. water
  • 6 oz. liquid egg whites
  • 1 sliced apple (peeled and cored)
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 dashes of ground nutmeg
  • 2 dashes of ground cinnamon
  • 2 scoops LEAN DESSERT PROTEIN™ Vanilla
  • 6 ice cubes

Preparation

Pour water, liquid egg whites and ice cubes in a blender, and then add apple slices, crushed graham crackers, nutmeg, cinnamon and protein. Put lid on blender and blend
on high for 10 to 15 seconds.
