Apple Pie À La Mode
Ingredients
- 8 oz. water
- 6 oz. liquid egg whites
- 1 sliced apple (peeled and cored)
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 dashes of ground nutmeg
- 2 dashes of ground cinnamon
- 2 scoops LEAN DESSERT PROTEIN™ Vanilla
- 6 ice cubes
Preparation
Pour water, liquid egg whites and ice cubes in a blender,
and then add apple slices, crushed graham crackers, nutmeg,
cinnamon and protein.
Put lid on blender and blend
on high for 10 to 15 seconds.
