What You'll Need:

  • 8 oz. skim milk
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 6 oz. liquid egg whites
  • 1.5 scoops SYNTHA-6™ Vanilla
  • 6 ice cubes

Preparation:

Pour skim milk, egg whites and ice cubes in blender. Add pineapple chunks, coconut extract and protein. Put lid on blender and blend on high for 10 to 15 seconds.

Serving & Nutrition Info:

  • Makes 1 shake
  • 64 grams of protein, 47 grams of carbs and 10 grams of fat/serving
