What You'll Need:
- 8 oz. skim milk
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 6 oz. liquid egg whites
- 1.5 scoops SYNTHA-6™ Vanilla
- 6 ice cubes
Preparation:
Pour skim milk, egg whites and ice cubes
in blender. Add pineapple chunks, coconut
extract and protein. Put lid on blender and
blend on high for 10 to 15 seconds.
