How to eat like a cover model

By Jennifer Nicole Lee

Hello Fitness Friend! I’m delighted to have this opportunity to share my fitness model nutrition plan with you, which is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness, weight loss, and lifestyle goals, with the added benefit of helping you look like a cover model! With 20 years of experience in the modeling business, the last four of which have been intensively focused in the fitness industry, I pride myself on helping others look and feel their best by providing them with all the right information-information that took me years to uncover. Excited by the fact that now you don’t have to go through all of the trials and errors that I went through, I warmly invite you to get as much as you can out of this innovative nutrition program, which is laid out for you in an easy to understand format for your enjoyment!

There is a certain formula when it comes to eating like a fitness model and it all starts with one very important principle that you have to center on: fitness models EAT! They don’t starve themselves and they don’t eat accidentally! Bottom line: you must eat to lose weight and build sexy feminine muscle!

Fitness models eat breakfast like a queen, lunch like a princess, dinner like a peasant and have two snacks throughout the day-one between breakfast and lunch and the other between lunch and dinner! This cute adage and common sense snacking guideline will keep you focused on how important it is to trickle down the calories you take in throughout the day.

Follow this formula for breakfast and for lunch-for dinner, take out the whole grain carb source. Fitness models remove whole grain carbs at dinner because they are working with their bodies to burn off fat and build muscle in their workouts the morning after. If you were to eat those complex carbs at night, you would wake up with more carbs to burn off. For your mid-morning and late-afternoon snack, aim for approximately 200 calories.

Some good choices are a high-quality protein shake (LEAN DESSERT PROTEIN™ has 130 calories, 20 grams of the best protein, only seven grams of carbs per scoop and tastes delicious), a small fat-free yogurt, an apple, or a small handful of unsalted almonds.

I hope you enjoyed my article on how busy modern-day women like you and me can enjoy the health benefits of eating to look like a cover model. It’s my mission to continue to share and shine the light that my Higher Power has blessed me with to help others realize and achieve their lifestyle goals because I believe that everyone deserves to increase the quality of their life. I know that if you apply the principles laid out in this article and combine them with a great exercise routine, the quality of your life will increase with joy, health, wellness, and beauty from the inside out … and you will be enormously blessed!
