I have been obsessed with videos on my feed encouraging you to dress like your celebrity look-a-like. It's an intriguing premise, but does it actually work?

Is looking your best as simple as copying and pasting your favourite celebrity’s favourite look? If you know me at all, you might think I am a bit suspicious of this idea. Finding your body type is hard because the Kibbe system is complicated. There are contradictions, nuances, vague descriptions and strange jargon.
